About Book
Over It, But Still In It™ is an honest, faith-rooted journey for women navigating disappointments, big emotions, and the pressure to keep going. Told through short stories, tears, laughter, and 10 real-life comeback moves, this book blends spiritual grounding with relatable wisdom to help you rise above emotional patterns and step into who God called you to be — even if you’re still healing.
Why I wrote this book
I wrote this book because I’ve lived the emotional valleys that women often navigate in silence — and I’ve stood among women who carried their own storms with grace, resilience, and quiet strength. I’ve seen their courage, felt their heartbreak, celebrated their breakthroughs, and watched their becoming unfold in real time.
This book is not about any one woman. It is a reflection of all of us — our shared experiences, our patterns, our emotions, our humor, our faith, and the courage it takes to keep showing up. It blends parts of my personal journey with the universal themes I’ve witnessed in the lives of the women God has placed along my path.
Every story, every insight, and every lesson is written with grace and honor. Instead of focusing on one life, this book weaves together the common threads that make womanhood both challenging and deeply beautiful.
This book is my offering — a testimony and a reminder that you can be hurting and still becoming… overwhelmed and still chosen… tired and still called.
If you’ve ever whispered, “Lord, I’m trying…” this book is for you — and for every woman navigating an in-between season with
more strength than she realizes.
