My Ethos
As a fashion-forward Christian woman, I have firsthand experience with the complexities of reconciling personal style with the call to modesty and self-respect. The expectations and judgments women, especially those who identify as people of faith, so often encounter when it comes to their stylish choices can make navigating the world of fashion a daunting endeavor. Indeed, the notion of what constitutes "appropriate" attire for a Godly woman can be the subject of much debate, with some advocating for a more conservative approach and others embracing a more progressive interpretation of modesty.
However, I firmly believe that there is a way to strike a harmonious balance between stylishness and modesty, one that allows women to express their individuality and faith simultaneously. Through my work as a personal stylist, I have had the privilege of helping young women from diverse backgrounds cultivate a wardrobe that is both fashionable and faithful, a reflection of their unique personalities and their commitment to respectfully dressing their bodies. While it's essential to know how to dress appropriately for various occasions with grace, style, and purpose, women should never have to endure body-shaming, being excluded, or labeling for choosing clothing that accentuates their body type.
